I buy them right from a Delco distributor.  THis radio is for the  LUX trucks. If your truck does has the Y91 option then this radio is correct for your truck. Your truck must have the Bose system. You will just need to plug it in. It is ready to play. There is no code stored it this unit. You may need to add a VSS wire to some trucks. If needed the VSS wire & instructions are included.
