You are bidding on a used 8 agent Razor call center software system (predictive dialer) by Orion Communications.  I replaced the host computer with a new agent computer from Dell with 2 gigs of ram and an Intel Dual Core processor.  The host computer has an operating system of Windows XP Pro and has a 11 month warranty.  This unit is for connection to 16 analog telephone lines and can be upgraded to T1 connection for a fee.  This is a great bargain for a predictive dialer with tons of features like:  branched scripting, silent, barge and coach monitoring, digital voice recording, transfer, conference, True First Hello and more!  For a fee of $720 you can upgrade to Dell Small Business Server otherwise the system will run off of xp pro and SQL Express.  Here is a link to the Razor webiste:  http://www.predictive-dialer.org/predictive_dialer_features.php Here is a list of everything you will get: Nine (9) agent/supervisor headsets that are brand new. Ten (10) CAT-5e network cables up to 25 foot in length and two (2) network cables up to 50 foot in length for a total of twelve (12) network cables.  You will run one of these to each agent computer (not included), the host computer (included), the telephone hardware (included) and a printer if you have one (not included) then connect the other end to your network switch (included).  Running this one cable to each item just mentioned is the only thing required to install your Razor dialer.  We even pay them for 3 hours of their time to help you install this. USB memory card with most recent version of Razor agent software.  You will insert this into a usb port of each agent computer then drag an icon from the Windows screen that pops up and click and drag the picture to the desktop of your agent computer after plugging in all of the cables and then your agent computers will be ready to use. Host computer with most recent version of Razor Call Center Software.  This is a brand new host computer that we purchase from Dell pre-loaded with Microsoft XP Pro and have shipped to Razor.  Once you purchase the system we have them load their MOST RECENT VERSION of their software onto the host computer.  If you would like to upgrade to a Server computer then you may for about $800.  These computers come with a full 12 month warranty from the date of purchase from Dell. Quintum AXT 1600 series router.  This auction includes a used Quintum AXT 1600 router with a 6 month warranty from one of the largest Quintum distributors in the US.  If you use the buy it now in this auction we will include a BRAND NEW QUINTUM AXT 1600 SERIES ROUTER.  This is where you will plug 16 regular analog telephone lines from your phone company into.  It's really simple and takes about 5 minutes to complete.  You can set the Quintum router anywhere and then just connect it to your network switch by using one of the cables we supply in this auction.  This allows you to place the Quintum router up to 50' away from the rest of your system so that you can place it where your telephone company installs your phone lines. 16 port SMC unmanaged network switch.  This is where you will plug the other end of your network cables into.  The network switch is responsible for allowing everything in your Razor predictive dialer to talk together.  Here is a list of everything you will need to supply: 8 or more computers, keyboards and mice.  Computers must have Windows 2000 or new operating system, 256 megs of ram, 10 gb hard drive, usb drive and network card.  You will be able to have 8 telemarketers logged into the system at any time.  Managers or supervisors do not take an agent station.  For example if you would like to have 8 marketers, 2 supervisors who will be listening plus one new agent to train by listening to other agents then you would need 11 agent computers. 9 or more computer monitors (screens).  You will need one monitor for each agent computer, manager computer and the host computer.  Only the host computer is included. 16 or less telephone lines from your phone company.  For an additional $800 we can relpace the analog Quintum with a unit that will plug into a T1.
