This is brand new and never touched, still has all wrapping and serial codes on it. I only touched the center button once, to show that it works and is brand new because you need to connect it to your computer when u get a new ipod (as shown in picture). No scratches, no dents, screen works, nothing is wrong with it because it is brand new. I have no need for it because i use my iphone, and since apple sent me this for customer service issues, i really do have no need for it. I'm not telling you the serial code because of scammers.
