This is a great replacement for a failed unit, good to have for on-site spares, and/or a useful addition to expanding your already existing system. We offer a 3 Year Next Business Day Advance Replacement Warranty on this product for customers in the United States. This 3 Year Warranty also includes free phone and email installation technical support. We pay for shipment of replacement parts to you and provide a prepaid UPS return label. International customers still receive the 3 Year Warranty, but replacement parts are delivered by UPS WorldWide Expedited and Next Business Day delivery is not offered for all countries. International customers are also responsible for paying return freight charges on the defective parts.
