Description Hi! You are bidding on a vintage PROSONIC boombox. This is a very nice old school ghettoblaster with VU meters and big (and loud) 20cm (8inch) woofers. It can be battery powered or use the included power cord. It looks awesome! You can totally see it was inspired by home systems, just look at the radio section, it looks just like a home receiver! It's in pretty good shape , the only faults are the balance knob doesn't work when panned right and the cassette deck was missing its cover, a "mock brushed metal" plastic replacement has been installed instead, for aesthetic purposes. The cassette deck itself hasn't been tested but the mechanism doesn't seem to work properly, like it's on "pause" permanently, this is a repair a qualified repairman will be able to fix. The good news is that it has an AUX input for your Ipod or any audio device, it even works with turntables as a phono input. It also has a AUX output for recording or monitoring.
