It comes with all that is shown in picture. I bought a navigation head unit and this was apart of the listing but i alrady have an XM subscription that origionally cam with my car. So basically I have no use for this. The person who had it previously only used it for about 5 months and then removed it once the car was sold. I have tested it to see if it works and it does; it does so perfetly too. I must say satelite radio is an awseom thing to have an if you have a satleite ready pioneer radio then this would be the thing for you. You'll never not be able to listen to something you want. It plugs directly into your satellite radio-ready Pioneer in-dash stereo, and comes with the antenna you'll need to get reception. You'll see SIRIUS info such as song title, artist name, and channel name on your stereo's display. A pass-through connection allows you to keep a CD changer or other Pioneer component connected.
