Description
Item: Sagem DVR6280GL-T 80GB HDD Freeview Twin Tuner DVB Recorder, SUPERB! Grade: A+ (immaculate as new condition, tested with long recording and timer delay recording and functioning perfectly ) Description of item: Here is a Sagem DVR6280GL-T - Freeview Set Top Box with 80GB Hard Drive and Twin Tuner in as new condition. The Twin Tuner lets you watch one programme (and record it as well) and record another - the advantage being that you're never without digital television, particularly advantageous when you want to record and watch two programmes that are exclusive to digital terrestrial television. And when the phone rings you can just switch on the record function and come back to the remainder of your programme! It comes boxed as new - power adapter, remote control, full instruction manual, and of course, the 80GB recorder! The hard drive had a very few programmes on it covering a space of a few days and I believe the original customer had a change of mind (or circumstances) shortly after purchasing the unit. The recordings are as sharp as you'd expect from a digital TV broadcast and are comparable to DVD quality. And with an electronic guide to what's been recorded you'll never need to wade through a pile of DVD's to find that programme you just have to watch before someone tells you about it! All of my items are graded on the following scale: A+ Exactly as you would buy from a store - As New - overstock item/customer changed mind A- Exactly as you would buy from a store, however some slight marks to case - As New - display model A Functioning, boxed unit, in excellent condition - signs of use/customer return B Unit functions perfectly however may have signs of use C Unit has major signs of use but is fully functioning MORE AUCTIONS Please click on this link to see my other items. Who knows you may be surprised at what I do have! Please click on the pictures below for a much larger illustration of the item. 'The Small Print' My returns policy. All software is sold on a non-returnable basis. All electrical items are comprehensively tested before they are listed. In the rare event of an item being faulty, please inform me and I will do all I can to rectify the matter. Naturally this must be done within 7 working days of the item being won (14 working days for International shipments). Why buy graded returns? The obvious answer is that they are considerably cheaper than the same item bought on the high street. Many return items have been bought one day, the customer changed their mind, and returned them the next day. If you bought such an item from a store, and found that the sealed items had all been opened you would be unhappy at paying full price for somone elses mistake. With software a similar story applies. Once the shrink-wrap has come away from the package the store often cannot reseal new software so they return it to their distribution centre. Unsealed software on display shelves would lead to high levels of theft. As their distribution centre cannot dedicate the manpower to reseal a few packages they come into my hands. You will find a great deal of Ebay sellers reselling brand names that are only available from Dixons, Currys, and PC World. These brands are mainly Matsui, Hitachi, Logik, Carlton, and Hinari. The only way to obtain these brands is through the returns chain. As I have stated above some of these are 'change of mind' and as such are brand new. Some lack accessories and instruction manuals (which I will always replace.) Some just defeated the purchaser and they returned the item to the store in complete confusion over just how it was meant to work! Why 'Auction' format only? I prefer to let the 'open market' set a price and to achieve this I attempt to set my starting prices as low as my overheads and purchasing power allow. My pictures When time allows I will always show a picture of the actual item. If it has any marks, even minor ones, I will describe them. I believe honesty is the best policy. A 'one man band'! Many a one man outfit has used 'we' in their auctions to seem impressive. I don't! I am an individual building a reputable Ebay business founded on quality goods. Postage and Packing I use new 'Jiffy' bags for all packages that require them. A look in WhSmith will show just how expensive new bags are I always take goods to the Post Office in person and obtain Proof Of Posting for all items. This is for your, and my own, security. Collection is always welcome. Cash on collection is preferable. International Shipments All postage rates are for UK shipments only. If you require me to ship to an international address, including the Republic of Ireland, please contact me before, or after, the auction has ended. My rates for international shipping are calculated by taking the difference between a UK shipment and the International shipment rates. I will not charge exhorbitent rates to International buyers after an auctiuon has ended and they have won the item. Failed Delivery Any claims for non-delivery of an item must be made within 7 working days of dispatch (14 working days for International shipments). All items are dispatched within 2 working days of the winning date. The ebay photograph (and serial number where appropriate) will ensure that the Post Office can make a thorough investigation if an item is lost in transit. Thankfully this rarely happens.
