The kit was quite interesting as most if the tuning section and pre-out section were assembled at the factory and the major sub-assembly assembly in kit form was the power supply. It is an excellent performer and every bit as capable as the Scott 314. The tuner has been cleaned and aligned and all of the controls have been cleaned and treated with DeOxit. All tubes are either new or test perfect on a Hickok Gm-type tube tester. The tuner is encased in a very nice walnut cabinet.   Due to the age of the unit, it is sold as-is, with no warrantees, written or implied. I do guarantee it not to be DOA and in the condition as described. The unit will be shipped at cost by the carrier of the choice of the winner of this auction. I will not ship the unit uninsured. Insurance costs will be billed at cost to the winner of the auction.   The winner of the auction must contact me with shipping instructions within three days of the end of the auction and payment must be made within seven days.
