Description
Sculptures Sculptures LoudspeakersA look into the CH Audio Design Sculptures Loudspeakers, utilizing a 288 high frequency driver and a 515 low frequency driver.A fully horn loaded system. (Other driver choices available, such as TAD, JBL, Radian etc. Or your own, please email for quote. Same principle invented by Paul W. Klipsch many years ago but in a different approach. Using the ceiling and adjacent walls as extensions of the horn together with a resonant chamber and special calculated shaped conical horn we achieved a very low frequency response in a relatively small enclosure, same experience with the high frequency multicellulars " hear things that were not there before"! in the bass region ! Compounded curves design with cork under-lay used in their construction, avoiding Eigentone resonances. 465 pieces of wood (483 with the CH1505BW full lobed version) are carefully measured, cut, shaped, hand sanded and glued together to form one and each complete Sculpture loudspeaker ! then and finally, hand sanded to finish, stained and finished in natural shellac. All stainless steel hardware, nothing will oxidize with time. How could I explain with words the magnificent and grandiose sound they reproduce ? all I can say is ; "I can no longer go through life without having a pair in my living room" !!! Once experienced, you will agree with me.!!!First set of Sculptures Yes, they sound as good as they look !All hand made with great attention to detailPresented here in Rose wood and clear Shellac finishCork covered mid-bass horn.
