This is a CallGenX Predective Dialer (Software and Hardware) now manufactured by world leading call center solution provider "Touch Star". It was bought brand new over 3 years ago for a 48 agent call center client of ours in Ontario. Now, this call center has merged with another call center business and equipment are not needed anymore. Dialer does have a database of Canadian Phone Numbers from infoCanada, and you are bidding on both the software and hardware together. This solution has cost us over $80,000 all together and works perfectly find. Our customer has an account and a record with Touch Star if needed.
