This auction is for a Vintage Radio Cassette Recorder/Player Short Wave Radio Boombox, boogie box from back in the 70's. These are getting hard to find, because everything has been so downsized nowadays. This ain't your grandkids little ipod. LOL. ;-) It sounds like it just came out of the box! Plays loud and clear. Seperate bass and treble sliders Five band radio: 3 shortwave bands, AM, and FM Cassette Tape DeckCoarse and fine tuning knobs7.50W / RMS 15.0W / peak output powerAuxillary (line) InMicrophone in1/8" earphones outDial light, and a number of LEDs The unit can be used at 110 volts or 220 volts. 19" wide 6.5" deep 14" high 10" Woofer 4" Midrange 1" Tweeter This Radio sounds extra good. It has an Auxillary Input that you can hook up your Ipod & Portable CD player. There is one of the tops of the cassette buttons missing, but doesn't affect the operation of this vintage radio.The microphone is that large knob on the right it can be swivelled over a 300° range. Everything is in really good condition for a radio of this age. It does show a few minor scratches nothing serious though. The hum stopped but still cannot get my cassette to play. It plays but there is no sound from it.
