Unit is compatable with 10 1/2" or 7" reels All lights and other functions work.  This unit has outstanding sound quality!  Unit has a few scratches, one in the top front of the wooden cabinet and one in the side, mostly in beautiful shape.  We at Custom Theater use a professional recorder company to service our units. Their tech's have fully disassembled this unit; cleaned, lubed, replaced belt, inspected and cleaned pinch roller arms.  They also cleaned switches, controls, tape path and like operations.  We just picked this beauty up from service Serial # 210594 A copy of invoice of work done on 8/25/08 will be shipped with this item It is ideal for professional or home use.  Outstanding sound quality and a great find for any home theater / audio center.  See pictures for further description.
