You are bidding on 1 - Vintage Pair of McIntosh MC-30 (MC30) Mono Tube 30 Watt Audio Amplifiers (Amps or Amp), Type A-116-B. They were used with a matching pair of McIntosh C-8 (C8) Audio Compensator Tube Preapmlifiers (Preamp). Serial number is 19631, and I can't find the other one. They are both in working condition, but aren't the prettiest in the bunch. There is some pitting, but the transformers are spectacular. They were both in great working order when pulled out of service. All the tubes are installed and working. One of the cords was replaced with a heavy duty applinace cord, and the lettering on both units is intact. Still sold As-Is and untested. Classic pieces of Audiophile equipment from the 1950's. I'd love to keep them, but we're moving and I have hundreds of pieces of Vintage equipment, and I won't have room for it all.
