As a result of the normal reverse supply chain function, the majority of these units constitute retailer returns to their distributors as a result of shelf life expiration or new arrivals with updated packaging.  Some units are customer returns for a variety of reasons which may or may not relate to product operation or quality (i.e. unwanted gifts, size, color, features, etc.).  Many units are still new and in their original packaging.  We have not tested these units and they are being sold “As Is”.
