This package includes the Yaseu FT-817 5 watt transceiver with the optional YF-122C CW filter installed, the MFJ-4103 switching AC  powersupply for the FT-817, the original Yaesu microphone, a Vizkey keyer with a solid brass base, two extra 12 V DC power cords, and even a "QRP 5 watts" rubber stamp.You also get the FT-817 manual.The FT-817 you get works great on all bands and modes. There are some minor scuffs and dings on the case, and the front panel BNC connector is dented and "out of round." However, the overall cosmetics are good and don't detract from the unit's on-air operation. The FNB-72 ni-cad battery pack has been installed, but is showing its age as it doesn't hold a charge as well, or as long, as it once did. A couple of the screw heads on the battery pack compartment lid appear to be somehat stripped and will probably need to be replaced if you change the battery.The YF-122C is a terrific upgrade over the stock CW filtering and is really a necessity for serious CW operating------and serious CW operating is a necessity for QRP, right?The MFJ-4103 is that rarest of things-----a truly quiet switching supply----and the Vizkey has a wonderful feel for CW. It is correctly wired for the FT-817 keter input. Audio through the original mic isn't too bad either.This package is being sold as-is but I guarantee it will not be DOA.
